Live Simply

Hi there,
The largest home grown craft store in India..Itsy Bitsy has come with there latest designs of stamps..and I am already loving them.
So here is a quick card i made using these..
I have taken a square textured card and die cut the central area using Spellbinders Large Scallop die set.
For stamping I used Misti stamping tool..and the more you use it the more you think about the right choice of having it in your stash. Have used this tool to stamp the images in four equal sections of repeat images and since my card stock was textured getting clear images in one time was difficult, and Misti again comes to rescue.
The inks used are Memento Tuxedo black..an all time fav black ink for crisp images. Also used distress inks(mustard seed, peacock feathers).
I have used Itsy Bitsy Dream clear stamp for this card. And like its quality and outcome on paper.

Damask Tagging

Hi Peeps...
Wish you all a very Happy New Year...:) hope you all have crafty year ahead...

I have taken theme as Black and Silver..( silver jubilee wedding anniversary to be precise ).
For the Bag: I have kept the base silver with black velvet embossed damask sheet as the border. I have punched the border using MS Deco fan punch.
The sentiment is from Die Versions "warm wishes"   embossed with Rangers Silver EP. The layering for the sentiment diecut is distressed and stamped on with flourish from Kaisercraft tigerlily stamp set.My love for ribbons continues with the bag handles where i used red satin ribbon and yellow organza ribbon to match the sentiment. The sentiment is embellished using mulberry rose, filler, mulberry leaves .

For the Tag:  The same theme goes on the tag with mulberry rose, fillers and leaves. The background distressed and stamped. The same black embossed sheet used as the centre of the tag. Layered with paper doily and some golden net from my stash.
